Provision will given for Internet Connection in Living and Master bedroom.
The building will be served by a ten passenger lift of Johnson or Schindler.
3 Phase Power Supply with Generator Back —Up For common lighting, lifts, pumps and for lights, fan loads and fridge inside the apartment. A Portion of the common lights shall be powered by solar energy.
Intercom connection to the security will be provided. CCTV Cameras will be installed in stilt lift lobbies, entry and exit gates.
