RCC framed structure with RC foundations confirming to BIS.
Anti-termite treatment as per BIS for the complete building. All
walls with bricks set in cement mortar.
9” thick brick wall for the outer wall and 4-1/2’ thick brick wall for the internal partition wall.
WALL FINISHES
Cement plaster and Altech putty finish with Emulsion Paint for all
internal walls.
The toilet walls will be finished with double glazed ceramic tiles
subject to a limited choice of colors of size 12”x16” up to 7’
height.
Wash area will be finished with ceramic tiles upto 2’-6” height.
2’ above the kitchen platform will be finished with double glazed
ceramic tiles of size 12”x16”.
Exterior faces of the building will be finished with cement plaster
and cement paint.
CEILING
All ceiling areas will be finished with cement plaster and O.B.D.
FLOOR FINISHES
Living & Dining / Bedrooms will be finished with Vitrified 2’x2’tile
with matching skirting.
Kitchen, Balconies, & Toilets will be finished with
Antiskid Ceramic tiles of size 1’x1’ with 3” high
skirting using the same tiles matching the floor.
Wash/ Service will be finished with Antiskid Ceramic tiles of size
1’x1’.
All floor lobbies/corridors, staircase will be finished with concrete
tiles flooring.
Car park areas will be finished with cement concrete tiles flooring
Driveway will be finished with PCC with Granolithic flooring/
interlocking Blocks.
DOORS & WINDOWS
Entrance doors
Teak wood frame with Teak paneled door shutter polished with
melamine on both sides. Godrej or equivalent locks will be
provided.
Bedrooms doors
Padak wood frame with 30mm thick factory made solid core
Both Side Teak finish flush shutter with Godrej or equivalent
cylindrical locks and finished with Polish on both sides.
Toilet doors
Padak wood frame, 30mm thick BWP grade One Side teak
Finish flush doors with One Side Melamine Polish & other side
paint finish.
French doors
First class padak wood frame and shutters fitted with 4mm thick
glass, MS grill. And With Varnish finishes with Enamel Paint.
Windows
Padak wood frame with Teak wood glazed shutters with 4mm
thick glass, Anodised / powder
coated Aluminium Handle Tower Bolt with MS Grills as per
Architect”s design.
KITCHEN
Platform will be with black granite slabs 2’ wide and provided with
stainless Steel Single Bowl sink with single drain board.
Provision for fixing an exhaust fan and aqua guard will be made.
TOILETS
Pastel / soft color, European Water closets parryware will be
provided in all toilets.
All toilets will have provision for connecting a Geyser.
All Sanitaryware will be of parryware make-pastel/soft color.
Health faucets, wall mixer with an overhead shower will be
provided in all toilets.
All CP fittings will be of “Jaquar” Or “Plumber” make continental
range.
ELECTRICAL
Concealed insulated copper multi-strand wires in all apartments.
Each apartment will be provided with a distribution board having
MCB’s.
All switches & sockets are of Anchor Litaski Or Roma make.
TV and Telephone points (2pair) will be provided in all bedrooms
and living.
LIFT
The building will be served by a SIX-passenger lift of Johnson or
equivalent make.
POWER SUPPLY & GENERATOR
3 PHASE POWER SUPPLY WITH
